Return Policy

TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

We offer exchange and store credit, no refunds. You have 7 days from receiving your order to return your purchase for exchange or store credit. All Vintage items are Final Sale.

  • Email us at customerservice@shopmonicarose.com for a return or exchange, please let us know the order number and the reason.

  • You will receive a confirmation email of your return request, shipping instructions, and a shipping label to print and $12.95 will be deducted when your item is processed.

Items must be returned to us unused with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. All items that are returnable within the United States, per our Return Policy, are also returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We will exchange or provide a store credit for your item within 7 days. Since vintage pieces may have imperfections/pinholes/age spots due to age and wear so we do not offer refunds, exchange, or store credit. We take no responsibility for items being damaged after they have been sold due to washing or damage while being worn. We recommend all items to be dry cleaned. All Vintage items are Final Sale.

CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES & SHOES

  • Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

  • All designer packaging such as dust bags and tags should be included with your return.

  • Please handle light-colored bags and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

  • Please return all shoes, including the dust bag and box. When you try shoes on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
